Aprirose has sold the Grosvenor Victoria Casino for £70m to a private European buyer.
The property, in Edgware Road, W2, comprises 71,138 sq ft of commercial space.
The casino is one of the longest established in London, and is operator Rank Group’s flagship.
Aprirose was represented by Knight Frank and Savills.
