Specialist retail consultancy GRR Real Estate Management, based in Erlangen, Germany, has expanded its asset management team with the appointment of Andreas Frankenberger as senior asset manager and Andreas Dittmar as lettings manager.
The appointments bring the number of GRR’s team up to 33 people, who currently manage 310 retail properties with a volume of €1bn.
Frankenberger joins the company from Rewe Group where he was head of the expansion division for the Penny market brand for six years.
Dittmar previously worked as head of sales at Fristo Getränkemarkt where he was responsible for the nationwide distribution and prior to that worked at Lidl.
