GSW has appointed Bernd Kottmann as its new CEO, starting this month, working alongside COO Jörg Schwagenscheidt and CFO Andreas Segal.
At GSW he has been advising German and international real estate and financing clients
Kottmann worked previously for Harpener; Deutsche Babcock, where he was member of the board; and IVG, where he was also a member of the board. He was also deputy chairman of the supervisory board at Hamborner REIT and a member of Patrizia Immobilien’s advisory committee.
