Guardian’s King’s Cross HQ up for sale



The Guardian’s headquarters in King’s Cross is to be put up for sale by developer Peter Millican’s Parabola Land.



DTZ has been appointed to handle the sale of Kings Place, N1, for more than £200m. The building was last valued at the end of March last year at £181m.



The Guardian moved to the development in 2008, and occupies the space on a 20-year lease at £5.2m pa.
