Fashion and accessories retailer Guess has agreed a new store at Capital Shopping Centre’s Lakeside shopping centre in Essex.
Guess will open a 3,300 sq ft shop immediately alongside Cult’s store this summer.
It will join other fashion stores including Hugo Boss and All Saints at Lakeside, which is anchored by House of Fraser, Debenhams, and Marks & Spencer.
Jonathan Ainsley, director of asset management at CSC, said: “Guess and the other quality labels such as Fossil and Henley’s strongly reinforce the branded fashion mix and the international offer at Lakeside. Retailers want to open in Lakeside as they appreciate the fantastic numbers of shoppers who visit every week.”
Julian Groves, country manager at Guess UK, said: “We are delighted to be opening at Lakeside, which will provide us with an excellent opportunity to showcase our full fashion line.”
