Guinness United Distillers & Vintners has sublet two distribution warehouses at Leeds & Bradford Airport industrial estate to Peter Black Distribution.
Peter Black will be paying an initial rental rate of £1.50 per sq ft (£16 per sq m) for units 8 and 9, which provide a total of 200,700 sq ft (18,645 sq m) of space. The units command a five-year lease with a sub-tenants break in April 2005.
Rob Oliver, head of GVA Grimleys industrial agency team in Leeds, said: “In space terms this must be one of the most significant deals within the industrial market in Yorkshire this year and GVA Grimley is delighted to have secured a successful conclusion to the letting on behalf of our client.”
