GVA has let 10,500 sq ft at 1 Kings Court in Worcester to speciality reinsurer Canopius.
The letting, which comprises the whole of the first floor, has been secured on a ten-year lease.
Canopius’s wholly owned subsidiary, K Drewe Insurance Brokers, will relocate to Kings Court from its current location in Bewdley.
Siemens and Halls Midlands have also taken leases at the block, leaving a single ground floor suite unoccupied.
GVA office director Andrew Venables said: “Quality of accommodation, ease of access to both the motorway network and public transport and an array of local amenities located less than two miles away in Worcester city centre have made 1 Kings Court a highly desirable location for local commercial occupiers.
“Recent interest in the accommodation is a positive reflection of a tangible improvement in local market sentiment and initial interest in the remaining suite is encouraging.”
GVA acted on behalf of landlord IM Properties in the completion of this deal. Canopius was represented by Savills.
