Jo Davis has been appointed as GVA’s national head of planning, development and regeneration.
Davis was previously head of the company’s Bristol office and takes on the responsibility from chief executive Gerry Hughes. She has more than 25 years of experience advising on complex regeneration projects, residential and infrastructure development across both the public and private sectors.
Davis said: “It is a privilege to lead GVA’s PDR team… in the context of an evolving planning and housing delivery landscape. The team is working across some of the most exciting and high-profile projects across the UK and our unique and diverse offer, which includes GVA Real Estate Finance and GVA Investment Partnerships, sets us apart from our competitors.”
