GVA Grimley has been named development adviser on the redevelopment of Derby’s 20-acre Royal Infirmary site.
The agent was selected by Derby hospital’s NHS Foundation. Signet Planning and DLG Architects have masterplanned a major mixed-use scheme comprising 300,000 sq ft of offices, 140,000 sq ft of hotel and conference space, a 50,000 sq ft supermarket and 450 flats.
A development partner will be sought later this year.
