GVA Grimley has poached Simon Reid of DTZ to join its valuation team in Leeds as an associate.
Reid, 44, has been involved in the Leeds property market for over 20 years and specialises in profit-related valuations.
In his new role, he will concentrate on providing loan security and valuation advice to funders, developers and private clients, GVA Grimley said.
