GVA Grimley and former Colliers International partner US real estate consultant Cassidy Turley have teamed up to create a new international partnership.
The move follows Cassidy Turley’s recent breakaway from Colliers International.
The group has more than 2,800 associates in 58 locations in the US and a property management platform comprising 420m sq ft of managed space. It completed $16bn in transactions in 2008.
