GVA Grimley has poached three people from rival DTZ Pieda Consulting to strengthen its Leeds office regeneration and development team.
Judith Atkinson has been appointed as partner responsible for the North East and Yorkshire & Humberside markets.
Formerly a director at DTZ, Atkinson will advise on high-profile schemes such as the Holbeck Urban Village in Leeds.
Ben Aspinall has been appointed as an associate while Linda Raynor joins as senior consultant.
