GVA Grimley has hooked up with DTZ Debenham Tie Leung to work as joint agent for CNC Properties Centrelink 5 scheme, in the heart of Scotlands Silicon Glen.
CNC, the property arm of Property Acquisition and Management (PAM), is searching for more occupiers at the 51,095 sq m (550,000 sq ft) industrial project, which is located half way between Edinburgh and Glasgow on junction 5 of the M8. Existing tenants include Hays Distribution Services and Lindon Engineering.
