A third agent has been appointed to help let the 165,500 sq ft office element of the £500m Park House on Oxford Street, W1.
REM – a joint venture between the State of Qatar, Qatar National Bank and the Sellar family – has instructed GVA to advise on lettings. It joins CBRE and Knight Frank.
To date, the only office tenant in the building, which completed at the end of 2012, is Elliott Advisors (UK), which leases 22,215 sq ft.
Rents start at £85 per sq ft.
