Tom Merrifield has been appointed head of agency in GVA’s Cardiff office.
Merrifield joins from local agent Fletcher Morgan, where he has worked since starting as a graduate.
He will work across the office and industrial sectors, continuing to work with clients CBRE Investors, Pramerica, Highcross and Longford Investments.
GVA head of office Steve Gibbon said: “Tom is a well-respected member of the property community here in Cardiff, and we are delighted to welcome him to our team. We will benefit from his knowledge and experience of the region to continue building our agency team here.”
Merrifield said: “The fresh challenge of developing on the strong base of current instructions held with the benefit of the unrivalled national profile of GVA makes this an exciting time for me to be joining the business.”
Merrifield will join a number of new recruits in the GVA Cardiff team, including building surveyors John Stockley and Rhydian Sandbrook, chartered town planner Michael Spouthall and graduate surveyor Sahar Rezazadeh.
