GVA is to move its Liverpool office to the English Cities Fund’s 4 St Paul’s Square, on a 10-year lease.
The agent is set to occupy 3,550 sq ft in the building from January 2014, with 25 staff in occupation.
Liverpool director Patrick Whitby said the team had “expanded significantly” over the past two years, and that the move followed an expansion in Merseyside.
GVA recently moved to larger accommodation in Manchester, and is to relocate from its Mayfair London HQ to the City of London by 2015.
Whitby said: “Relocations such as ours in Liverpool are essential for the future growth of the company not just in Liverpool, but throughout the North West and the wider UK.”
