GVA is to provide strategic estate management advice and support for Brighton & Hove City Council’s property portfolio.
The portfolio consists of 650 assets providing a yearly rental income of £7.85m.
GVA will provide advice on the council’s policy on development of its urban estate as well as the day-to-day management of the council’s commercial assets.
