GVA has been appointed as strategic commercial adviser to Ebbsfleet Development Corporation on its 9m sq ft Ebbsfleet Central project in Kent.
The 116-acre mixed use scheme will act as the gateway to Ebbsfleet Garden City.
GVA will provide a range of services including strategic development consulting, investment partnerships, real estate finance and planning to expedite the delivery of up to 2,500 homes and new commercial space.
It will also provide advice on shaping a delivery strategy, and help the corporation to work proactively with the current public and private sector land owners.
