Two senior directors and an associate in GVA’s West End team are leaving the business.
Chris White, senior director and head of West End management, and Maxim Vane Percy, senior director in the West End letting team, have resigned from the agency to pursue other opportunities.
Vane Percy will join Montagu Evans’ central London office leasing team alongside GVA associate Alex Kirk.
It is understood that White and Vane Percy were responsible for overseeing the Mayfair estate of the Abu Dhabi royal family.
Before White joined GVA in 2014, he worked at King Sturge (which merged with JLL in 2011) for 22 years, where he managed mixed-use portfolios for clients including Legal & General, Aviva Investors, Aberdeen Asset Management and The Church Commissioners for England.
