GVA has won a contract to advise Birmingham City University on its estates strategy and exiting its 22-acre City North campus in Perry Barr.
As well as helping the university exit 554,351 sq ft, including the students union building and business school, GVA will also provide advice on acquiring extra space when needed.
The university is transferring existing learning facilities in Perry Barr to a new purpose-built city centre campus in Birmingham’s Eastside area.
Graham Rhodes, director of estates at the university, said: “This is a project of considerable scale, however we are satisfied that GVA will be able to assist us in achieving a smooth transition from Perry Barr to the heart of the city centre to meet our 2015 target.”
