Fitness club Gymbox will open its second gym in the capital this month.
The 21,000 sq ft gym will be in the former Lumiere cinema in Covent Garden, WC2.
Gymbox, which opened its first gym in Holborn, WC2, in 2003, is in discussions about another London site and one in Manchester.
Colliers CRE has been appointed to advise.
