H2O Urban, a specialist waterside development company owned by the Canal & River Trust and bloc, has launched public consultation for its plans to develop 204 homes in Salford, Greater Manchester.
The development site, located between Upper Wharf Street, Oldfield Road and the railway, is currently used as a surface-level car park.
The proposal has been produced in response to Salford City Council’s Crescent Development Framework, which earmarked the site for high-density residential development.
H2O Urban’s plans comprise two buildings of seven and 11 storeys.
The homes would be a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats plus amenities such as a gym, communal spaces and social areas.
