Niche central London agent H2SO has appointed GVA lease advisory director Courtenay Gardner as part of a two-strong hire to strengthen its lease advisory and asset management team.
Gardner (pictured), a partner at GVA, will join H2SO alongside Laura Stevens, who was formerly with Knight Frank. She has been appointed an associate partner.
In the past two years, H2SO’s team has advised clients including The Crown Estate, Aviva Investors, Derwent London, Crosstree, SWIP and Great Portland Estates.
H2SO lease advisory and asset management partner Felix Fiennes said: “At a time when rental growth in the West End is bringing a new focus on the importance of rent reviews and lease advisory transactions generally, Courtenay and Laura are tremendous additions to our team. Both are widely respected West End specialists and have huge experience working with both landlords and occupiers. These appointments will enable us to increase our market coverage while continuing to deliver the highest quality of consultancy.”
