Hadley Property Group and Clarion Housing Group have lodged plans for 500 homes at the site of a former Homebase at 706-720 High Road, Goodmayes, in Redbridge, east London.
Plans were designed by Stockwool Architects and landscape architects Fabrik. The proposals include 35% affordable housing, a new public square and sustainable transport facilities for bikes and e-scooters.
The scheme is the first in a strategic partnership between Hadley and Clarion, targeting residential development in urban centres. The pair acquired the site last year.
