Halfords Media has now exchanged contracts for 30,000 sq ft at the Crown Estate’s AirW1 building.
The media company is understood to have agreed a rent of almost £80 per sq ft for the third floor, on a 15-year lease.
Halfords will make the property its new headquarters, departing from its 20,000 sq ft offices at Great Portland Estates’ Regent Arcade House.
Monmouth Dean is advising Halfords Media. The Crown Estate is represented by CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Other companies moving to the 204,445 sq ft building, include O2 owner Telefónica UK, which is believed to be taking three floors.
