Hallam Land gets approval for 300 homes in Oxfordshire

Hallam Land’s proposals to deliver up to 300 homes on a 33.3-acre site in Kidlington have been green lit by Cherwell District Council.

The homes, designed by Optimised Environments, will sit alongside a community allotment and orchard, wetland and amenities.

About 50% of homes are proposed to be classified as affordable.

A separate application, lodged by Gladman Developments, for 60 homes on an 11-acre site off Tadmarton Road was thrown out by the planning committee during the same meeting.

Carter Jonas is advising Hallam Land on planning.
