Queens Moat Houses is close to announcing the sale of 25 UK hotels to Hambros European Ventures. They include 19 County branch three-star hotels and six four-star Moat hotels. The deal is expected to total about £90m. It is expected to be concluded next month. Queens Moat and Hambros would not comment.
