Plans to rid a property of its ghoulish interiors have been drawn up by landlord West Midlands Pension Fund. The fund, managed by ING Real Estate, has instructed project manager Tuffin Ferraby Taylor to refurbish the 16,000 sq ft Hammer House at 113-117 Wardour Street, W1. The building was formerly home to Hammer Film Productions, which produced horror films in the 1950s and 1960s, including Dracula and The Curse of Frankenstein (pictured). Work on the building is scheduled for completion before the end of the year.
