Hammerson has named non-executive director Habib Annous as a member of its investment and disposal committee with immediate effect.
Annous was previously appointed to the board as a non-exec last year. He is also chair of the remuneration committee, and is a member of the audit and nomination committee.
Annous retired from Capital Group in 2020, after 35 years working in investment management.
The appointment comes after non-executive Desmond de Beer stepped down from the board last week. De Beer also previously held a seat on the investment and disposal committee.
