Hammerson books Jurys Inns for Union Square

  Hammerson has secured Jurys Inns as the hotel operator for its £250m mixed-use Union Square scheme in Aberdeen.   The 92,300 sq ft hotel has taken a 35-year lease. It will offer 203 guest rooms, 6,000 sq ft of conference facilities, a restaurant, bar and café bar.   The hotel will be the third in Jurys Inns’ Scottish portfolio.   The 540,000 sq ft Union Square includes a 10-screen multiplex cinema and 12 restaurants as well as the hotel.   Sheila King, head of retail leasing, Hammerson, said: “Jurys Inns is an excellent addition to Union Square.
