Hammerson has completed the sale of its Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow, netting the developer £70m.
Hammerson announced the sale of the 1.5m sq ft centre in December last year, which it owned in a 50:50 joint venture with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
The centre was bought by entities affiliated with Henderson Park and Eurofund for a cash consideration of £140m, a 4% discount to book value of £147m and a net initial yield of 9.3%.
