Hammerson has appointed Howard Ebison as its new UK and Ireland operations director.
Ebison joins from Manchester Airports Group, where he was involved in leading the retail and customer development of its £1bn transformation programme, overseeing digital and commercial product development within the new terminal.
He has also held commercial director, customer service and security director positions at East Midlands Airport, and was commercial director at No.1 Traveller. He spent his early career at Mitchells & Butlers.
In his new role, Ebison will oversee Hammerson’s operational performance and consumer experiences across its venues. He will join the REIT in September.
