Hammerson has sold West Riding House, Leeds’ tallest office building, to a consortium of private investors for £58.1m, representing a yield of 5.85%.
As part of the deal, Hammerson has agreed to provide the purchaser of the 62,000 sq ft (5,760 sq m), 19-storey office building, with a rental guarantee of £180,000 pa for two vacant floors over the next five years.
