Hammerson signs D&D London in Leeds

Victoria-Gate-Leeds-interior-THUMB.jpegHammerson has signed restaurant group D&D London to take 7,807 sq ft at its £150m Victoria Gate development in Leeds.

The D&D London branch will be part of a parade of shops and restaurants alongside a John Lewis at the 1.2m sq ft scheme, which is due to open in autumn 2016.

D&D London, formerly known as Conrad Restaurants, operates a restaurant portfolio that includes Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird and the recently opened German Gymnasium in King’s Cross.

Law firm Olswang advised D&D London; Bruce Gillingham Pollard and Nash Bond acted for Hammerson.
