Knight Frank is marketing a 62-bedroom former care home in Hampstead Village, NW3, seeking offers over £17.5m.
Almax Group bought the property from Camden Council in 2018. The 23,456 sq ft care home was decommissioned in 2015 and is currently vacant.
The property, which sits on a 1.7 acre site, had planning approval to be developed into a prime residential scheme comprising 28 flats, but this consent lapsed last month. The site is suitable for a range of alternative uses including hotel, educational and co-living.
