Hampton Brook UK is seeking tenants for its new speculative distribution warehouse in Thrapston, Northamptonshire, Thrapston 103.
The site is to comprise a 103,000 sq ft warehouse, which will comprise 4,930 sq ft of office space, 23 HGV parking spaces and 10 access doors.
Due for completion in Q1 2016, the space is being marketed at a starting quoting rent of £4.95 per sq ft.
Hampton Brook UK has appointed Savills and Burbage Realty as letting agents.
Toby Green, director of industrial business space at Savills, said: “Thrapston 103 is the first speculatively built warehouse to come to the market in east Northamptonshire. There continues to be a critical lack of industrial supply and development across the UK, so we expect to receive significant interest in this scheme.”
