Hamptons International has acquired residential agent Preston Bennett.
The North London-based agent provides a range of property-focused services including residential sales, new homes, planning, and land and development services.
The acquisition is part of Hamptons’ plan to expand its UK network, which includes 72 branches across London and the South.
