Hamptons International has been appointed as lettings agent for two private rented schemes in London.
Hyde Group has appointed Hamptons to market Spark Apartments, a scheme of 54 one- and two-bedroom flats in the Kender Triangle regeneration area of New Cross, SE14.
The flats will be brought to the rental market in May 2015 and will be fully managed by Hamptons International’s residential portfolio management team.
Hamptons has also been appointed by A2 Dominion to market the 53 PRS flats at the City Wharf scheme on Old Street, EC1.
