Hamptons hits the peak of success

Hamptons International Team 1 left snow doubt over their competitive edge, having won this year’s Lambert Smith Hampton Ski Challenge.

When there was a need for speed the team of three – Joshua Ayres, Justin Camm and James Wardle – came up trumps, leaving other competitors in their powdery wake to take home the LSH Cup for the second year in a row.

The winning firm proved to be hot stuff on the white stuff, with its Team 2 also winning the Dual Parallel Slalom at the three-day ski challenge at Courmayeur.

Some competitors had clearly been practising: Colliers International’s Campbell Beaton and The Furniture Practice’s Marie-Laure Duvivier won the EG trophies for fastest male and female, both defending their 2012 titles.

The whole event, which is now in its 26th year, was attended by more than 250 people from the property industry. It began with a business forum featuring Berkeley Group chairman Tony Pidgley and BBC Commercial Projects head Chris Kane.
