The London property market is “reminiscent” of the boom in the 1980s that ended in a disastrous property crash, Hamptons International warned yesterday.
Hamptons International said demand for homes in the capital had surged by 62% over the pastw 12 months while the stock of homes on the market had dropped by 10%. It said prices had soared by a record 20%.
