Hanover Green has hired Martin Thomas and Luke Hargreaves from JLL to form a new retail divison.
They will be based at the property consultant’s offices in London’s Piccadilly.
Thomas previously worked for Churston Heard, CWM and Hillier Parker and has been one of the pre-eminent surveyors in the luxury Bond Street market for over 20 years.
Hargreaves previously worked in the central London teams of Cushman & Wakefield, GVA Grimley and HNG and has recently advised Gucci, Daks, Gieves & Hawkes and Superdry on their London flagship stores.
