The Hanover Property Unit Trust have sold 28-30 Princes Street, Stockport, for almost £2m.
Producing £78,000 pa, the shops are let on a head lease to McKays, while Superdrug have sublet no 28. The purchase price reflects a yield of about 6.2% and a review is to take place in July.
Edmund Kirby acted for the vendors, and Phillips Brown represented the purchasers, a private investment client.
