Industrial investor Hansteen has appointed former Countrywide chief financial officer, Jim Clarke, as an independent non-executive director with effect from 27 February 2018.
Hansteen added that, following its announcement on 10 November 2017 of Rebecca Worthington’s intention to step down from the board, she will leave with effect from 20 March 2018 and Clarke will succeed her as chairman of the Audit Committee.
