Hapri Yorke-Brooks returns to Midlands investment agency

Hapri Yorke-Brooks has joined BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Midlands investment agency as a senior associate director in its growing Birmingham-based team.

Yorke-Brooks previously worked at Savills’ Birmingham office from 2000 to 2008, where she was head of investment and was instrumental setting up the Midlands Investment Property Forum. She left to work on her own family owned commercial real estate company.

Yorke-Brooks’ previous clients include St Modwens, Axa Real Estate, Scottish Widows, Prologis, Argent Development Consortium, Stoford Developments and La Salle Investment Management.

Andrew Meikle, head of Birmingham capital markets at BNP PRE said: “Hapri is a very experienced investment and development funding advisor across the Midlands and has strong relationships with multiple senior decision-makers from both the equity and development sectors.”

Yorke-Brooks added: “Having witnessed how BNP PRE is reshaping its offer and driving talent into the business was a compelling draw for me. I look forward to contributing to the growth of the Birmingham office as it rapidly expands.”

Yorke-Brooks’  appointment is the latest in a series of new hires across the Birmingham office as it seeks to capture the post-pandemic growth of the Midlands market. To date, more than 20 hires have been made across various business lines, including the recent arrival of Giles Thomas as senior director within industrial and logistics agency.

Meikle added: “BNP PRE’s team now collectively has the most experienced investment advisory team in the Midlands, with almost 100 years in real estate between us.”
