Tarmac Brookglade will start work on the next phase of Heron Quays in London’s Docklands in October.
Called Harbourside, the £60m project will comprise three buildings. Harbourside 1 and 3, of 100,000 sq ft and 130,000 sq ft respectively, will provide business suites with retail space at quay level. Harbourside 2 will have 72,000 sq ft of open-plan offices.
The project, designed by Scott Brownrigg & Turner, will start coming on-stream at the end of 1988. Leslie Lintott and Hillier Parker are joint agents.
