Private Equity firm HarbourVest Partners has signed for 10,800 sq ft at Apax Partners’ 33 Jermyn Street, SW1.
Paying a rent approaching £95 per sq ft, HarvourVest will take a sub-lease until 2024 on the third floor of the building.
The firm will relocate from circa 9,000 sq ft at Berkeley Square House, W1.
Levy Real Estate acted for Apax; Marshall Hutton advised HarbourVest.
