Hard Rock Café has chosen Richardsons’ 32,515 sq m (350,000 sq ft) Printworks leisure scheme in Manchester for its third UK outlet.
The café will operate from 650 sq m (7,000 sq ft) in the £110m complex alongside UCI, which plans to operate a 3-D IMAX cinema and multiplex.
The original Hard Rock Café opened in the heart of London’s Mayfair district in 1971. Since then, it has opened outlets worldwide.
Lee Richardson, a director of Black Country-based Richardson Developments said: “Hard Rock Café has established a reputation for great service, excellent food and a genuine rock and roll atmosphere. Its presence at The Printworks will help make the scheme one of the best complexes in Europe.”
