Rank Group’s Hard Rock Cafe chain is unlikely to receive initial bids of more than the £500m the company is looking for because of current market conditions, reports The Independent.
The newspaper says a competitive auction process is still the most likely result.
Most observers think Rank will achieve a satisfactory outcome.
