The Hardcastle Group has won planning consent for a 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) office scheme on Willoughby Road in Bracknell, Berkshire. Work on the 3,716 sq m (40,000 sq ft) first phase, to be known as Park One, will begin this month.
Designed by Todd Architects, the development will comprise two wings separated by a full-height foyer with a glazed lift shaft. Gooch Webster and DTZ Debenham Tie Leung are joint letting agents.
