Harman Healy’s latest residential auction in London raised £2.1m and achieved a success rate of 66%, with 19 of 29 lots sold.
Highlights included an unfinished detached house near Chichester, West Sussex, which sold for £375,000 off a guide price of £250,000.
Auctioneer Nick McLachlan said: “We are in a strange period at the moment, with people waiting to see what will happen in the market. But as long as the price is competitive, properties will sell.”
The sale took place on 8 November at Kensington Town Hall, W8.
